Terms of Service

Welcome to Zeet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeet mobile application ("App") provided by Digital Ink Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Zeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Zeet is a companion application designed to interface with compatible Acura and Honda electric vehicles. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Real-time vehicle charge and range monitoring
• Driving analytics and estimated energy use
• Charging history and estimated costs
• Vehicle location tracking
• Tire pressure and vehicle vitals monitoring
• Apple Watch companion functionality
• Vehicle status widgets

Zeet is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Acura, Honda Motor Co., Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries.

3. Account and Vehicle Credentials

You must be authorized to access the vehicle and connected services account you link to Zeet. Keep your credentials and vehicle PIN confidential.

Zeet uses secure device storage and backend services to provide vehicle updates, background operations, notifications, location, and history. Your account credentials, tokens, and configured PIN may be sent to the backend and stored encrypted so those features can operate. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of monitoring and understanding your own electric vehicle. You shall not:

• Use the App to access vehicles you do not own or have authorization to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Use automated systems or scripts to access the App

5. Vehicle Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Zeet provides vehicle information and connected services. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the safe operation and control of your vehicle
• Use the App only when it is safe and legal to do so
• The App should not be used as a substitute for direct vehicle operation or safety systems
• Network connectivity issues may cause delays or missing vehicle updates
• You should always verify the state of your vehicle in person when safety is a concern

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and design — are the exclusive property of Digital Ink Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with third-party vehicle manufacturer APIs and services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect App functionality
• Any data handling by third-party services beyond our control

9. Third-Party API Availability and Discontinuation

Zeet relies on unofficial, third-party application programming interfaces ("APIs") provided by or associated with Acura, Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and their affiliates (collectively, "Vehicle Manufacturer") to communicate with your vehicle. By purchasing, downloading, or using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Vehicle Manufacturer may, at any time and without prior notice, deprecate, restrict, modify, suspend, rate-limit, or permanently discontinue access to the APIs upon which the App depends.
• Such changes by the Vehicle Manufacturer are entirely outside the control of Digital Ink Solutions, and we bear no responsibility or liability for any resulting loss of App functionality, whether partial or complete.
• In the event that API access is restricted or terminated by the Vehicle Manufacturer, Digital Ink Solutions shall have no obligation to issue refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind, including but not limited to the purchase price of the App, any in-app purchases, or subscription fees.
• Digital Ink Solutions makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty — express or implied — that the APIs will remain available, accessible, or functional for any period of time following your purchase.
• You assume all risk associated with purchasing and using an application that depends on third-party APIs that may be modified or discontinued at the sole discretion of the Vehicle Manufacturer.
• Digital Ink Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Vehicle Manufacturer's decision to alter or revoke API access.

You agree that your purchase of the App constitutes acceptance of these risks, and that the availability of vehicle connectivity features is inherently dependent upon the continued cooperation and availability of third-party services beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Vehicle data displayed will always be accurate or current
• Location, trip history, and analytics will always be complete or available
• The App will be compatible with all vehicle configurations or software versions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL INK SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your vehicle through the App
• Any interruption or cessation of functionality
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in vehicle data
• Any loss resulting from reliance on vehicle data or analytics

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Ink Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
